ASC 2005 Conference – 20th Annual Technical Conference at Drexel University

The 20th Annual Technical Conference of the American Society for Composites was held from September 7–9, 2005, at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The conference was chaired by Prof. Frank Ko, with co-chairs Dr. Giuseppe Palmese and Dr. Yury Gogotsi, and honorary chair Dr. Albert Wang. Over 157 technical papers were presented, covering a wide range of composite research topics, from nanomaterials and textile composites to mechanical performance, processing techniques, damage mechanics, and smart materials applications.

Special Activities

Tutorials led by Dr. Frank Ko and Dr. Satish Kumar provided pre-conference training focused on advanced textile composites and nanoscale reinforcement technologies.
