Registration: May 1-31, 2024
Mandatory Webinar: June 6, 2024 11 AM US/EDT
90-Sec Pitch Video Submission Deadline
June 27, 2024 11:59 PM US/EDT
Invitations to live pitch sent to finalists: July 19, 2024
Final Competition: August 6, 2024, 11 AM US/EDT
 All events are virtual via Zoom. 

Eligibility to compete
  1. ASC Student member as of May 31, 2024. ( Not a member? Join now!)
  2. Register* to compete during May 1 - 31, 2024  (Link to the registration form)
  3. Enrolled in a Ph.D. Program and completed a minimum of two years at the time of registration per unofficial transcript 
  4. Must attend a mandatory webinar on June 6, 2024
  5. Submit a qualification video (90 seconds) by June  27, 2024
  6. If invited, compete in a live competition to be held on August 6, 2024.
