- Registration: May 1-31, 2024
- Mandatory Webinar: June 6, 2024, 11 AM US/EDT
- 90-Sec Pitch Video Submission Deadline: June 27, 2024, 11:59 PM US/EDT
- Invitations to live pitch sent to finalists: July 19, 2024
- Final Competition: August 6, 2024, 11 AM US/EDT

Eligibility to Compete
- ASC Student member as of May 31, 2024. (Join now)
- Register to compete during May 1 - 31, 2024 (Registration Form)
- Enrolled in a Ph.D. Program and completed a minimum of two years at the time of registration.
- Must attend a mandatory webinar on June 6, 2024.
- Submit a qualification video (90 seconds) by June 27, 2024.
- If invited, compete in a live competition on August 6, 2024.
